     HMD was founded in March 2014 by Raleigh natives and their brothers, Kenneth and Bryant Dickinson. Thus, the company was launched as an alliance that includes a group of the largest real estate companies with experience and credibility, whose work is spread across several governorates such as Cairo, Alexandria, Sharqia, and others, in addition to a group of partners with strong and diverse experiences in the various fields of investment and business management. The projects also included building expansions, new construction and interior fit-out. HMD Real Estate Development Company has announced the launch of two projects with administrative commercial activity in the New Administrative Capital, namely the “Golden View” and “Twin Tower” projects, with a total investment of about 900 million pounds. And while the majority of their work has been done in Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Apex, Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina, Angier, and Clayton, they are open to discussing projects in the surrounding counties of Wake, Durham, Johnston, Harnett, and Orange.
 
     As for Kenneth and Bryant Dickinson, they are eighth-generation residents of Wake County, with a documented family history dating back to the early 1740s. Kenneth and Bryant have more than 30 years of experience working in corporate banking, commercial real estate financing, and commercial construction. and custom residential construction and development industry.
