Working Hours: 10am to 6pm
Skills:
At least 5 years of experience in the real estate industry, with at least 3 years in sales team management.
Good knowledge of the Egyptian real estate market.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to achieve goals.
Good knowledge of technology.
Ability to use sales and marketing software.
Ability to build and manage client relationships.
Ability to solve problems.
Ability to manage time effectively.
Experience in sales project management.
Experience in using CRM software.
Experience in managing supplier relationships.
Experience in budget management.
Experience in training and development.
